CertainTeed’s Type X fire-resistant drywall panel is a dependable wall surface solution suitable for residential or commercial buildings. It features standard gypsum material over a heat-resistant core that inhibits the spread of flames. This gypsum plasterboard also uses bevelled edges that make it easier to fit into the installation space that you have chosen. The wall is compatible with both wood and steel frames and can be used in ceilings, and it is enclosed in ivory-coloured face paper and a strong liner back paper. Greenguard-certified, this drywall panel is a low-VOC product and does not significantly impact indoor air quality. Additionally, it accepts paint, primer, and wallpaper coverings.
